Enjoyed my stay at Villa 1565 despite minor inconveniences. Great location and friendly service. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Easy access to attractions. Some issues with cleanliness and bathroom design, but overall a nice experience. Would return for the central location and convenience.

I had 3 nights in St. Augustine, spending the time here really good. The location of the hotel was very central, just off the center of the main attractions of Saint Agustine and centre of town- overall pay. Cafeteria Dunkin' Donuts located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I appreciated this, haven't been in a better hotel. I stayed for 2 nights here and had a real good time. - the location in a pretty area was excellent. - Ate at Smokin D's Bbq, it's just a short walk away from the venue. - the staff were very friendly. - the breakfast was nice and hot.

My stay at Villa 1565 was conveniently close to historic landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos and St George Street. The garden area was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding with my family. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers added to the relaxation. The hotel's proximity to attractions enriched our family bonding experience in St Augustine.

The hotel has really spruced up its exterior and it's beautiful! I appreciate that they put effort into enhancing the area around the ancient oak tree. Breakfast is a nice hot meal upgrade from typical continental spreads. 🌳 The pool area and peaceful garden are great spots to unwind. Sadly, the loose toilet seat and towel hanger in the bathroom were a bit bothersome, but nothing major.

Prime spot just a mile away from the downtown area. 🏞️

Reasonably spacious units with 2 queen beds. Exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous hotel. - Very central location very close to the center of St Augustine, convenient for walking around.

Spacious room with a big bathroom - perfect for relaxing showers. the breakfast was great, served hot and free - really good value! 🍳 a pleasant stay if you ask me.

The breakfast was warm and wonderful. the staff was exceptional. - We stayed in an updated room that had a hair dryer, a separate lounge, and an iron. - Overall the service was great. - It was in a very central setting to the historic area.

Let me spill the tea on the dining scene near Villa 1565! Sakada's sushi is lit, and Ayara Thai&Sushi Cuisine's curry game is strong. Don't sleep on the ocean vibes at Fountain of Juice—it's worth the stroll. Plus, the epic BBQ spreads at Smoked. Southern BBQ are a must-try. The proximity to these spots is a foodie's dream. Our room was a mixed bag, but the storage closet was a savior, and the breakfast spread set us up right for sunny St Augustine days.

Our room was a wild ride of quirks—a wobbly nightstand and bathroom door antics kept us on our toes. But hey, even with the wet bathroom shenanigans, the good ol' St Augustine charm still shines through.
